Most of my clients wait until fall for their family portraits, but spring/summer sessions can be amazing too! The weather is more predictable and stress levels are lower because school is out! Just look at how amazing this family portrait session was in June at Searles Castle. This session is also a great example of why “mini” sessions aren’t going to get you the best images with the most emotion and all those moments that people always say are the reason that they come back to RKP. Twenty minutes just isn’t enough time to truly tell the story of your family. When you’re looking at these images from the time we started until the “mom and dad” images is only 20 minutes, but the rest of the pictures are the ones that are my favorites, the ones that show joy, connection, silliness, fun and personality.

20 minutes is up! “mini sessions” are even only 10 minutes sometimes! So just look through the rest of these and tell me they aren’t your favorites!
